I was in search of a community , for about ten years, where my wife and I can spend retired days peacefully without having to attend to daily chores like cooking and housekeeping.The choice had to be made very carefully not only because we are seniors with children settled abroad but also the fact that my wife has seriously limited mobility due to severe arthritis. I have seen various facilities in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Coimbatore. Seeing the beautiful location of Utsav Prashanthi at Alandurai my search ended happily. It is surrounded by nature and a great hill view. We have been spiritually inclined over forty five years and this soul nourishing project location in a comparatively silent place is ideal.

The construction is wheelchair friendly and with grip bars in bathrooms and emergency bells. The builders have put attention on all things, big or small, for comfort and safety of seniors. I appreciate the facilities and the project construction. I interacted with persons actually involved in construction and found they have taken care of quality materials and quality construction.

The project team have been extremely responsive to questions and concerns and have great communication. We are looking forward to joining the Utsav Prashanthi family.

I am one among the first customers of Utsav Prashanthi. What strikes you when you get into the site is the amazing backdrop of Western Ghats on one side & coconut groves on the other side.

I did enough homework before I finalised this project and this is probably only one where you can walk down to the main road for banking & shopping. Siruvani Main Road is just 5 minutes from the project. The sales & management team make you feel very comfortable & clear your doubts instantly. Good people to associate with.

My search for a flat in a gated community culminated at Utsav Prashanti, Alandurai. I was one among the first to book a flat here. What captivated me was the ambience – the open space, the cry of peacocks and the stunning hills of the Western Ghats in the background. An added attraction was Satguru’s Isha Foundation, just 8 kms away.

The sturdy construction has focussed on the seniors and their priorities – rails, grips, serrated tiles, etc. The materials used are all of good quality. I particularly liked the wardrobe in my bedroom, which has curtains complementing it.

The project team, headed by Mr. Satheesh Kumar, has been very helpful to my queries and overwhelmed me with their professionalism. They have kept me posted with the latest updates.

I think I am going to enjoy my stay there and look forward to meeting the other members.

“Utsav Prashanthi” is unique – Senior friendly, Open for all ages & very well thought out project.   The management team is very approachable, friendly & helpful. Just to given an example, I could execute the entire sales to possession from Bangalore just with few visits! The community is at a walkable distance from Siruvani Main Road and there is almost everything that is available in Alandurai. I have checked other options, BUT, Utsav Prashanthi is flexible and unique!  I would strongly recommend this to anyone who is keen to have an enjoyable peaceful post retirement life.

Being a member of “Utsav Prashanthi” family, we are pleased to share our experiences about it. We visited the project after seeing their advertisement in Sankara TV. We were very excited when we actually visited the project. Whatever they had shown in brochure has been put in place. Security, Covered Parking, Ganapathy & Shirdi Saibaba temple, Multi-purpose hall for playing indoor games, very good dining facilities with good food suitable for Seniors and excellent support staff. Food is nutritious & less spicy & is served with a smile on time. The entire common area is kept neat & tidy. Residents are very happy with the service provided by the promoters & we love being part of this gated community. The promoters are easily approachable, they listen to you & clear all your doubts.
